Description
The NATO Construction Osprey (CO) provides NATO dynamic base expansion, allowing them to quickly set up outposts far from the main base such as at distant ore fields or strategic locations.
What the CO has in speed and mobility, it lacks in armor - it can be very easily taken out by anti-air units or defenses. Unlike the Soviet and Australian MCVs, the Construction Crane cannot be repacked and moved once deployed.

Nice vid, but the soundtrack implies to me that you're gonna be going with jukebox(plays track after track) style music instead of dynamic(Fades select tracks in and out depending on screen action)
The model looks more like a simple crane than like a ConYard and looks quite boring. Give it some more extra details. In the other hand the idea itself is interesting. A twist of surveyor and MCV.
It is not a Construction Yard, it is a Construction Crane.
NATO do not have a conventional Con Yard like the other factions.

For combat balance purposes will this be targetable like the other ground based MCVs or will AA only be able to hit it?
When packed up it can only be hit by AA.
Once deployed, it is a structure and behaves as such.
