NATO's elite Plasma Corps carry a mobile version of NATO's plasma pulse cannon. They are extremely effective against enemy armor.
Very nice! If they are "extremely effective against enemy armor. " What are their weapons weakness? low range? long reload time?
My guess would be the fact there seems to be only two of them per squad. Anyway, this is fantastic! Would anyone be upset if I said the beams look a little thin?
actually if you look at the plasma "glow" that lines the beam you could say its a tad too wide. but that's getting technical. XD
awesome model! but perhaps they should have a power backpack for the plasma?
From a different angle, you will actually see there is a plasma power pack inside the rifle, which is changed when he reloads.

Maybe I'm nitpicking a bit, but methinks you need to find a way for the Disintegrator beams to stop moving around like they do, because it wouldn't be in line with the barrel.
Your fx isn't lined correctly, it is separated from the gun barrel. Also the gun looks like the mutants chain gun, and I dislike how the soldiers seem capable of lifting the whole weapon in one hand.
Also the guns are aiming in the completely wrong direction, (if you ripped the disintegrator beam, then you need to stop it moving about)
like the idea, but no so sure about their looks, a little too retro maybe? what a NATO soldier with a plasma gun would look like? hmmm...darned I got nothing, but I think you can come up with something better, dont know just saying.
