Reborn on the RNA engine, the RA2 and YR story will be relived with real time 3d graphics. We of the ConRed team are aiming to recreate the gameplay of Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge on the Red Alert 3 engine, with a new Yuri Campaign. Later on, we will be working on a mod that is an expansion to this one; Condition Red: Rise to Power. The setting of the mod will take place after the events of YR, with Yuri in the psyonic prison. This allows us the create a whole new story continuation, with a lot of new content.
The V3 Rocket Launcher is the closest thing the Soviet army has to artillery. While physically weak and easily destroyed, the V3 is capable of tremendous devastation. It launches very powerful long-range rockets that can cause huge amounts of damage to whatever they hit. A great support weapon, the V3 Rocket Launcher is too vulnerable to lead an assault.

Those "rims" still bug me...they feel like stickers and they're to perfectly clean
...and it has racing tyres on... everything else looks super though.
Both rims and tred were taken from an 18 wheeler.
Can you use normal maps to make the rim look "sunk-in" like a real truck tire?
