Apocalypse Redux is a reincarnation of C&C Apocalypse bringing a brand new roster of units to play, beefing up each faction with different play styles. It is being developed on standard YR 1.001, so no NPatch, RockPatch or Ares is required to play. This is to make it easier for users and more reliable/stable. It should also be fun to see what can be done with the basic engine, with no hacking enhancements.
GREAT BRITAIN - FRANCE - GERMANY - GREECE
The Allies of Europe centre heavily around naval and aerial warfare. Their land based units are very limited but their navy and airforce is second to none. The new hero infantry, the Rocketeer Captain, is an example of air domination, using a sniper rifle and flare gun to call in airstrikes on targets. Other units include the powerful Skywing Gunship, showering the enemy with death from above and the Cruiser Annihilator - the most powerful battleship ever constructed.
USSR - CHINA - REPUBLIC OF CUBA - YUGOSLAVIA
The Confederation is a powerful group of communist nations, all focusing their efforts together. Their military is heavily influenced by the USSR's. They include weapons such as the Reaper, a mortar wielding mechanical walker and the incredibly explosive Doomsday Cannon. Russia's indestructible cybernetic soldier, Volkov, makes a return.
BRAINDEAD - CITADEL
Yuri's forces return, now divided into the Braindead "cult" and the Citadel, Yuri's fortress. Their weapons are mercenary, powerful and untrustworthy. Their units can deal as much damage to themselves as to the enemy and are devastating in all cases. Units such as the unpredictable Scattershell artillery, raining nuclear death over the field.

I am very proud to say that Command & Conquer Apocalypse 1.50 has gone live! Personally I think it has come a long way since it's humble beginnings in '05 and I hope you will agree, if you played the first version. If you didn't, then I still hope you enjoy playing this as much as I enjoyed loosing my life to it! And I am always ready for constructive criticism, so if you have anything you think should be changed then don't hesitate to tell me. Anywho, on with the show.
C&C Apocalypse brings new elements to the sides of Yuri's Revenge making them more advanced in some ways and really bringing out their personality. While in this mod the Yuri side is called Omniscient Allegiance and Yuri is in fact gone (The mod follows the Soviet YR ending) they still wield their usual mischievous weaponry, however, the other sides (Allies and Soviets) now have a fighting chance. While the Allies have seriously beefed up their weapons with more high tech Chrono and Prism technology than ever before, the Soviets have continued to progress down the ruthless power route and have have produced some cunning explosive weaponry such as a Mine Drone capable of deploying, disappearing from enemy site and then emerging to blow them to hell along with itself.
In this mod most countries have new special units, solely for them to build and any that haven't been replaced have been improved. The Omniscient Allegiance have been split into four divisional sides which currently act like the others countries. Each country also has it's own veteran units and special power, such as better armoured tanks or fast training infantry. There is also one new country for the Allies, which is Australia, and two for the Soviet Union; China and Ukraine, making a total of 6 for the Allies and 6 for the Soviets.

just incorporate the rockpatch into the mod like cnc nuked or sudden strike did.
why does the rockpatch need winrar? winrar is not free and im not downloading something that i have to pay for just so i can unzip a .rar file and play the mod
