Cloned Cube is a Portal mod. It takes place after GLaDOS' fall in Portal. You assume the role of Chell's secret clone. You have to escape or else you may just be tested to death. There is one obstacle. CUBiS is trying to kill you.

Update 2 8/6/13: Please download the version from Github as it fixes Steampipe content. Update 4/22/13: I added some more hud hints and indications of what to do in cc_1 so the file has been updated. Download and reextract to the same directory and it will replace the old files. The third alpha release for Cloned Cube. Install using 7-zip. There is a readme.txt file contained inside for installation instructions. This updated version includes only the map cc_1 with associated textures, models, and sounds. Save files and demos from previous versions of the mod will not work.

Good so far, however, there is always room for improvement. I found someplaces to be too cramped (everything was too close together) and it was hard for me to navigate around them freely. When activating the generator it was difficult to see the notifications on the wall. If I were you I'd avoid the easter eggs, they take the player away from the experience especially when they are out of place. Overall it was short, but you got your ideas laid out and it was pretty good for an alpha, I liked it so keep it up!

when i try to launch cloned cube it just doesn't work it just gets an engine error saying could not load library client

The game doesn't show up on Steam. I went to steamapps/sourcemods/cc and extracted the files there..

so i downloaded it and all it was was a .7s or something where do i put it so i can play
