The most important thing that I decided to compile all the textures in 1024*1024 and in the format dxt 5. I did not like the look of the textures in 512*512 resolution, artifacts and terrible colors appered.
But this is not the main reason, in fact, I still would like that the community had the raw material to the highest quality to use in the creation of their modifications. And then it can compress them and just do do with them whatever them want.
Also, the problem with the clouds in the DX10-10.1 were resolved, all renderers position of the sun will match configs (in CS and COP, it was sewn into the library xrRender.dll) I have corrected libraries. There are also shadows of the clouds, beautiful water for R1, Red Bloom from 2218 build, the sound environment of the Shadow of Chernobyl for more sombre atmosphere also changed. All ambient changed at all locations, shorter work done titanic my friends:)
Almost all set, release will be very soon, (for Call of Pripyat too). It was very cool, I was captured by the process, I learned a lot of new features in the editors even more subtleties in x-ray engine , in short it was great!
