I want to start this off by saying: Thank you all for your support over the years. It's been an absolutely amazing experience for all of us here at GearDev to watch our fan base grow as it did, and it warms our hearts to see people still commenting on our ModDB all these years later.
City 17 has always been about giving what we can to the community; and while I'm sorry to say that we were not able to deliver our game on time, I can now happily say that we won't go quietly either.
As of today City 17 is now completely open source and the entire mod folder is now available for download on ModDB.
I am afraid that the years have not been kind to the mod and Steampipe has effectively broken this build. That being said, the content of the mod and it's source code is free for anyone to use or modify in their personal or SourceMod projects. Who knows; someone may even build the source and get it running once more.

I just uploaded Source code of unfinished port to Github.com
So, now everyone can continue porting.
What DONE:
* Ported Client, Server & Shared code to Source 2013
* Tested build
* Added preprocessor definition C17 that should help to find changes in
code and port them to your Source mod project
* Added some comments to C17 code
Need TODO:
* Port shaders from Source 2007 base to Source 2013
* Solve problem with mod settings in main menu (at this time it turned off)
I have stopped porting few weeks ago since I should prepare demo version of our game until end of this month. I will continue port at July.
Hope that this will help you to finish the port and make great mods by using pieces of code from C17Ep1 code base. :)

ты можешь компилировать файлы таких модов как opposing force 2&rasing; the bar для того чтобы пользователи могли поиграть в эти моды а то вышли только исходники: opposing force 2 Github.com
ну конечно после портирования city 17 episode one на source sdk 2013
RTB вроде с бинарниками был опубликован.
В OF2, если не изменяет память много чего не хватало. Лучше базироваться на бинарниках демки.

Прогресс указан в предыдущем сообщении. Игровой код полностью портирован (хоть и с мелкими огрехами). Из того что осталось, но это может осилить коммьюнити: портирование и сборка шейдеров.
