There is a door.

Miles below the earth, under rock and stone and dirt, lies a hidden tomb, holding radiation and horror, it's corpse ridden hallways echoing with the screams of the dying, vocal chords of human and alien.

Black Mesa.

Once a hub of activity for the world's most brilliant minds, the facility has fallen into complete disrepair, desolate and destitute.

Miles below, too, is another door.

A pathway to the headquarters of the most tyrannical regime in human history lies before you, forged out of blue obsidian, lined with alien technology, littered with plasma-wielding soldiers, all bent on your destruction. Only your suit stands between them and you.

The headquarters of the combine menace on earth. Citadel One.

Features:

- Traverse an environment created with realism in mind; every building crafted with exquisite detail, every character almost too human in their expression and movement, every action and reaction happens as you would expect it to in reality

- A colorful cast of beautifully detailed characters and enemies; allies truly seem human, enemies are designed to strike terror into your heart but at the same time function intelligently in any situation

- An arsenal of standard issue and improvised weaponry, from a pipe wrench to a shotgun, with each weapon designed to make you feel the impact and recoil

- Source engine physics allow for unique ways of dispatching foes and helping allies

- Unprecidented realism and balance in the game mechanic; see the effects of damage, combat is frantic and unpredictable.

Good luck with this mod. It looks very interestign, and I wouldn't mind trying it out myself. However, the goals that you have set for this mod seem a little extreme, and unbelievable.

I'll give this mod a shot, I guess. Though, it all sounds a bit high concept for a mod, to be frank. All this talk of realism and a thick layer of marketing hype - be careful, words can come back to bite you in the ass.
