Ah. That one. The maker of that tutorial added a tube to that end of the hilt. So go back bit and make sure that the emitter end of your hilt is flat. Don't erase the hood of the hilt. Then, from the same menu that you used to select the cylinder, select a tube
It should look something like this:

Make that the right size so that it fits the hilt, then turn it into editable mesh and edit the vertex's untill it looks like the hilt of the tutorial

it was 1 simple saber untill this part.. i dunno some advanced words in there so couldnt figure it out..

Ah, that's a common error. The filepath of some picture (or other file) is too long, it happens alot. If that problem started with the latest .pk3 you installed then remove that .pk3 from your base-folder and things should be fixed
