Description
This is a part of general Kwai's new general power, the flanker strike. It calls in 1 of these for rank one, 2 for rank 2 and 4 for rank 3. The armament that the Flanker carries are dozens of upgraded MiG missiles,allowing the Flanker to reduce a target area into ashes!

You can. It just requires OCL-ing an object that will do the detonation FX and Firefield OCLs.
what i meant is the player cannot upgrade it in game because its basically an a-10 strike
