The Chernobyl-Team is proud of some very productive months since the last update, and so it's time again to share some parts of our work with you guys.

Jupiter Factory

After tying some loose ends, progress is really coming to a late stage on every aspect of the mod. In addition we've done internal playtests to verify the quality of the overall gameplay experience.

It's safe to say there is still much fine-tuning to be done, and we are eager to concentrate on that from now on. For that purpose we are still searching for 3d-Designers, you'll never get enough custom models, right? So if you think you are skilled enough and can take part in this great project, you might consider applying for one of these positions.

Pripyat

But whatever your abilities are, if you think you can be an enrichment for the project, please contact us at av3ris[at]chernobyl-l4d2.com and don't forget to attach some of your past work.

Farewell

after looking at all the screens and comments here, i REALLY like this community! everyone is getting along quite well (which is very unusual for moddb. lol) hell the mod team is even taking advice and using it! and i see no one bashing the mod either. very nice community indeed.

ah, nvm. sorry for being stupid and not reading a few lines. lol. after reading i see it has nothing at all to do with stalker. this is good imo. if i wanted to play stalker, id simply play stalker. i like originality, especially in games as it is quite hard to find these days. ala all these "modern warfare" esk games out nowadays, which i am VERY tired of. in short- more power to you guys, i really hope to be playing this soon. but no rush, i know people asking WHEEN IS IT DONE!?! all the time must get frustrating. take your time. plenty of other games to play in the meantime.

dufake's words were all scrambled up so there's no telling what he said to begin with, BUT i have seen mods out with GSC material (the exoskeleton and a few stalker armors in fallout 3 witch is likely what he was referring to). so i don't imagine they would mind too much, it would still be best to stay safe and ask if you could first though. in retrospect i have no idea if this mod uses any stalker material but i imagine if they did it wouldn't be that bad anyway. good luck with the mod guys, from the few screens iv seen it looks and sounds fun.

I gave you the explaination in the previous thread.
Stalkers had won.

btw , Stalker Online which is not a GSC game at all.
All the assets are illegal to use by any kinds of purposes.

I understand the team is doing the original work.

Even they do use GSC content, GSC does not limit people to use SHOC , Clear Sky and CoP content.
It's completely legal to use them in any of the Fallout 3, NV mods.

In my book I would not say it's cheating to use them.

I think hes saying that even you are using Stalker assets (at least thats what im thinking), and GSC would not restrict using them (which is wrong AFAIK), also he says its legal to use it because theyre used in Fallout 3 Mods (!!!)

THIS mod has nothing to do with GSC's Stalker.
There was a batlle about stalker mods of Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas.

Fallout Nuxus has to remove all the illegal content on their site, and THESE stay.
Stalkers won the battle.

This
Fallout3nexus.com
stalker armors

And This
Newvegasnexus.com
stalker weapons pack

And THIS
Newvegasnexus.com
stalker mutants

GSC official words have confirmed somewhere else.
(Read the comments in the thread.)
It may be the only company which would dare to share gaming content for mods. Brave Ukraine!!!

Otherwise you can ask the Nuxus, and they will prove my word.

That "stalker armor" has absolutely nothing to do with the STALKER games.
