Remembrance Day

Greetings everyone!

It has been 30 years since the catastrophe of Chernobyl and during the last days many seem to remember the history behind this ominous name. I have noticed related articles popping up on many different news sites and we also felt committed to bring you an update on how our Chernobyl campaign is coming along. Admittedly our updates have become rather scarce, but I hope you loyal subscribers understand there are variations in the time budget we can spend on the project depending on our real life occupations.

Interestingly enough in our quest to recreate the surroundings of Chernobyl as accurate as possible while still offering exciting game-play we exceeded the limits of a Left 4 Dead 2 campaign more and more. At a certain point we noticed the campaign simply grow too big for a single Left 4 Dead 2 campaign, so we decided to go with a rather different approach. We split the existing maps and areas into two separate chapters, each as its own campaign with its own finale. Chapter One includes the Jupiter Factory and the ghost town of Pripyat. Chapter Two on the other Hand contains the Vehicle Graveyard, the Badlands and the Reactor Building.

Meanwhile we have some new Screenshots of the ghost town Pripyat, we hope you’ll enjoy them.
