After a long dry spell, I'm writing this article for you with some new content. The soundtrack has been finished. Finally! I hope you like it. Feel free to give us some feedback, or some suggestions.

Hugget Sukker is our new Sound-Director. Thanks again for your contribution, Hugget Sukker!

Furthermore I want to give you some impressions. The great collective is has been formed.

The Collective represents a mysterious phenomenon which exists and grows by absorbing pure kinds of energy (like fission & fusion generators, human mind, or electricity). This particular one in chernobyl is absorbing the reactor's fission power and seeks to grow its mind by collecting mind and soul of any individual.

This mind stands for the sum of all absorbed ones. The relevant point now is, that all of these minds are imprisoned in a small, compressed cage. Every part-mind in this Collective can feel, see and understand what another individuals feel, see and understand... Which is by no means wonderful, it is a nightmare for the ones inside. Imagine ONE body having a vast amount of mind and soul essence, existing of memories, wishes, feelings, different will, purposes. Everything mixed together leads to schizophrenia, emotional tension, desperation, fear.

I've decided to upload the old version (Build date 08.01.2008). This is the only version which is still working with WarCraft III: The Frozen Throne v1.24...

This looks pretty good for Warcraft3. I cant seem to understand how you mapped some of those though.

I fear this moment .. but we've stable 50 fps during the tests.
On the other hand, very old pc's will have a real problem.

I wouldn't worry too much :P D3W has the same problem for some people with lower spec machines.

The fact is, it's impossible to compensate for them unless you significantly lower the quality of terrain. For this project, doing such a thing would be terrible! :D The terrain pretty much makes the map ;)

HEY! Don't underestimate the gameplay as well. (;
At the least we're working as hard on the story and
the content as the corporate of cLR.

Downside of Warcraft 3 is that alot of people play it because they're stuck with old machines. But hopefully you'll get a playerbase of people with high-end machines.

This looks quite brilliant! I'm loving the designs. But can the engine really tolerate such high amount of meshes?

I'm tracking this. :)
