Does it look better, or is it too much?
The smoke should grow and fade as it rises, and be more hazy. Here it looks too solid.
Again, agreed. It's a good start, but it still needs more work.
Take a look at TSR's steam that comes out of the power plant, that's a good starting point to figure out how it's suppose to look. Or maybe TI's GDI Power Plant. (I think that has steam anyway)
Do keep in mind that the idea behind Nod's Power Plant in Tiberian Sun is that it is a Fission Reactor. So it would not be smoke coming out, but steam.
Of course, if you make your own Power Plant graphic or say something different about it for your mod, I can't argue with you there. =p
