This modification aims to provide the epic battle of GDI and NOD into the Crysis® Wars® engine. It will provide players with the chance to experience what Command & Conquer™: Tiberian Sun™ should have been, with the ability to handle and use many of the original features of the original game plus those enhanced features of the Crysis® engine. Through this world you will get to see Command & Conquer™: Tiberian Sun™ up close and personal, with glowing crystals of tiberium in fields of battle, walking mech warriors like the GDI Mammoth Mk.II, and the ability to control everything what you like, every vehicle, every defense building, and of course yourself.

Well if they haven't incorporated it yet, the could slide in a clip just under the barrel

If they put it there, I would imagine that it would interfere with the firing mechanism.

Perhaps it's like a P90?

Not sure, but it's okay, I guess, as long as the buttstock gets a bit sturdier and NOD soldiers never ever see such a high tech weapon. Remember these guys maybe indoctrinated by the Technology of Peace, but still, they are mostly low lifes.

A. What makes you think that this is a "high-tech weapon"? I mean, it has curves, but so does the Venus de Milo and I don't think anyone would call that "high tech."

B. Where did we get the idea that Nod soldiers are "mostly low lifes"? Remember, until Tiberium Wars, Nod's basic infantry were effectively identical to their GDI counterparts.

I'd be interested in seeing a P90 styled magazine slide in from the front underneath the barrel of the weapon to load it.

And maybe removing some of the mostly blank space behind the thumb-hole/ firing mechanism and in front of the stock connection [dark grey space between the two] might make it slightly more appeasing?
