C&C Tiberian Sun CABALs Revenge mod for

Discription:

This mod was created to "rencarnate" CABAL, since CABAL did not entirely "die" in the ending of firestorm. Kane overthrew his digital person, but CABAL attempted to fight back, and failed, according to Firestorm, in Command and Conquer 3, NOD uses EVA as they did in Command and conquer 1 (1995): Tiberium Dawn, then in Command and Conquer 2 (2002): Tiberian Sun NOD used CABAL, then in Firestorm CABAL Betrays the brotherhood and declares war on NOD and GDI, Look on Youtube for the ending with CABAL for Campaign: NOD.
This mod also includes like 20 new soldiers, and a load of new stuff, and a new storyline is going to be built around it, NOD of course lost their Cyborgs since CABAL created them and can take it over, even GDI is wise to stop using some of their robot technologies. And Yes, you get to use..... THE CORE DEFENDERS! but I AM going to weaken them, and I am also going to make the price a bit more fair (to you, not to balancing) and I am planning on giving CABAL some of the stuff that NOD and GDI had and also giving him some Tiberium dawn structures, so I did.
Storyline:
CABAL was in alpha during the first Tiberium war (Command and conquer 1: Tiberium Dawn, 1995.), and he now uses the technology to harvest money, after all, the original ways of harvesting tiberium, is much better then now, especially with these new harvesters. also CABAL is using the old tiberium dawn silos, the tiberian sun is rising, CABAL is striking his revenge upoun NOD and GDI for the final time, NOD's EVA has been replaced with Kane's digitial voice, which still sounds exactly like CABAL because he is based on CABAL's original programming. CABAL is indefinately taunting NOD with his new cyborgs and defenses. NOD thinks they will be able to defeat CABAL considering he's using some units from the first war, since it's the second war, Tiberian Sun. CABAL is using missile based weaponry which is capable to rip through infantry, and destroy armor. And he is using Toxin Weaponry, as he did in the second mission for NOD when he was re-awakend. This might be the hardest mission yet, commander.

By the way, for those of you who don't realize, the stuff that has
- by the percentage, meants less.. for cost this is a good thing, higher for cost is bad, more expensive. for firepower this is better, for armor it is worse. GDI was weakend for 2 reasons, 1. I don't like them, 2. They are overpowered. and the %20 decreased goes for all units & structures.
