Yeah, the old TO PPs were switched to being Cabal's, and then the models aged (the render environment was ancient). Having lost the models, they have now been remade.

Description

Some of the capturable Cabal structures. Cabal cores have been eradicated in civilian areas, but still exist in remote parts of the globe. Active cores will produce cyborg units, which can be substantial threats to Forgotten communities which inhabit these similarly out-of-the-way locales.
Once captured, Cabal Cores allow the production of cyborg units to augment either Nod or GDI's exisiting arsenal.
Cyborgs are hard-wearing and can continue to function long after a human would have succumbed to their wounds.
