C&C: ShockWave is an enhancement mod for C&C Generals: Zero Hour. The main goal of this mod is to make Zero Hour a more interesting game with more diversity between the generals, making you think twice before you select a certain general, and overall provide more choices, diversity, and strategic freedom than in Zero Hour - while keeping the spirit and design direction of the original Generals game and storyline.

This is a tank which can go toe-to-toe with most
other vehicles in the game and win. However, its
role is more that of a super-heavy tank destroyer.
It's main gun can devastate almost every MBT
in the game with one blow, but the reload time is
long, and it's quite vulnerable while doing
so, only having the pintle-mounted machine gun for
protection.

I owned 2 of these with a RPG sniper, and he wasn't even garrisoned or upgraded
this tank is realy good in the game ^^
only thing its missing to be a perfect is anti-aircraft defense.

This one, the Basilisk will maybe even destroy a overlord with one shot.
The Bassie rocks, period. It's none too speedy, and its fire rate sucks - but it does near-critical damage to absolutely anything it can shoot, and it's armored like a bank vault. Its armor is nearly on-par with an Overlord when given Junk Armor and Salvage, and it can run other vehicles over, too! Additionally, unlike Ironside's Tank Destroyer and the Vanilla GLA Chameleon, the Bassie can actually take a beating.
The Bassie IS easily overwhelmed though, and it costs a lot. In particular, beware Vanilla US Players - unless fully upgraded, the Bassie's cannon cannot destroy an upgraded Paladin in one shot, and is all but helpless when it reloads. It is highly recommended you use Scarabs (for Smoke Grenades), or Marauders (For brute force) and anti-air units to cover the Basilisk whilst they reload.
Can this tank crush vehicle like the overlord?
When It's level 3 upgrade level it pwns the overlord hard.
These tanks pwn. Yes they shoot slow, but get them up in veterancy and they just pwn. Plus they can handle infantry really well compared to other tanks except the Emperor Overlord of course hehe. Very very cool.
Its name is very appropriate. Once your tank sees one, it's dead.
Your number of basilisks tells you how large of a tank battalion you can instantly take down. =D

The sound that these things make is cool, and the cannon blast really sounds nasty. Pretty much what you would expect from a big tank.
A cross between an M28 and an oversized ASU-85
With this tank, the GLA can't be told that they only have cheap stuff and recycled goods, they can proudly roam the battlefield, they don't even need underhanded tactics. This is a real challenge for the Mammoth and the Overlord (my 3 favorite vehicles) :)

that is the t-28 superheavy tank of the USA, but why with the GLA, anyway, i always loved to get this tank every time i use GLA salvage general ^_^
