C&C: ShockWave is an enhancement mod for C&C Generals: Zero Hour. The main goal of this mod is to make Zero Hour a more interesting game with more diversity between the generals, making you think twice before you select a certain general, and overall provide more choices, diversity, and strategic freedom than in Zero Hour - while keeping the spirit and design direction of the original Generals game and storyline.

Vicious. Fits its ingame role perfectly.

Will it suffer a firepower reduction with losing the second barrel assembly? I hope not D:

Hrm... remove one barrel assembly, then replace the standard .50 calibre anti-personnel rounds with .50 calibre armor-piercing rounds... No, there's no firepower reduction at all... if anything, they had to cut its' fire-rate in half so people wouldn't call 'em ridiculously over-powered.

well if it does then it should gain a significant damage upgrade

Actually, we nerfed it because of the watch tower, which is an AT defense structure. There needed a little specialization, the old AP gats pretty much wreaked everything, it needed a nerf badly.

Do you know what the name "AGAS" stands for?

Anti
Ground
Artillery
System

You're looking at the nightmarish lovechild of an Earthshaker Cannon and a minigun. Yes, fear the Tremor! It's the second superweapon you can literally hear firing from range.

Oh, and if aircraft are unlucky enough to be in the path of this rain of shells... they die fast.

I hope this thing will cause more damage on tanks instead of the old one....the caliber looks like 40 mm and this would do much more damage ;)

Those bullets, they is big. But look at the bullets at the bottom of the model, you'll notice there is a spot without alpha and they are completely different to the ones up top.

The bullets below are indeed just a texture, but the tops are in the model, explaining the difference.

That's what i was just thinking :(

I just wish there was another way
Like being a late game defense or something
you know like being able to build it after
you got propaganda center!

of course i am not suggesting this cause i know the game is full!

Still gonna miss the yuri gat! I loved it when they added it!

They do get bigger than fifty cal. The next step up, in the US Military any way, is 20mm.

Fifty cal is 12.7mm.

@ ArsenalSPT
Actually, the .50MG and the 12.7mm are two different rounds, if you want to get technical.

The NATO-standard .50MG is a 12.7mm by 99mm cartridge, and is generally used as an anti-materiel and anti-personnel round.

The Russian-standard 12.7mm is a 12.7mm by 108mm cartridge. Much like its' NATO-standard counterpart, it is used in anti-materiel and anti-personnel roles.

Neither round-specific (NATO or Russian) weapon system will take the other without significant modifications being performed due to the differences in power output of the two, as well as differences in cartridge length.
