Looks like a hybrid of the Zumwalt and Visby.
BTW why so many searchlights? (Assuming they're searchlights)

I think he means he's not finished with the weapons, but because the model will be similar to a searchlight he's using them as placeholders.
In some version of his mod I had long ago, that thing you call searchlight was laser-machinegun.
