This mod is for all the players frustrated with the cartoony nature of Zero Hour units and buildings. We intend to replace every fanciful unit in Zero Hour with its closest possible real world equivalent, without changing the unit's capabilities.
Upgrade on older cat model. Also scaled correctly now.
woah...
nice one...
Can a bulldozer be epic?
Answer: Yes.
cool :D . very good detail
for the chinese faction yes
U.S.
The PLA faction ingame and in real-life have their own counterparts which are not Caterpillar. For example the PLA has the following in it's ORBAT:
Type 82 Bulldozer
Type 74 Bulldozer
These are not based on any commercial CAT chassis but rather adaptations of their own MBT chassis for engineering purposes.
Now that's one SEXY Machine !!!
That machinegun on top is functional?
No game-play changes.
then id take the MG off ... just the MG id leave the mount tho.
No need to. Real dozer has it.
Now that's an Upgrade :). Great job.
Why on earth is there a machine gun on a bulldozer?! What would you use it for anyway? Please explain to me what is going on...
Whose idea was it to put a firearm on a machine used for shoveling dirt?Does this armed bulldozer REALLY exist?!
Yep!
Can you give me the phone number of the guy who decided to place the MG on the bulldozer so that I can call him and say he is an idiot without equal?
Seriously, no sane human being would install weapons on bulldozers; I mean, since when have bulldozers been sent to the front line?! Or is it for mowing down rebellious workers?
I guess the next generation of bulldozers will fire ICBMs... I cannot even describe how confused I am! There are bulldozers armed with lethal weaponry...:O
Weird comment.
It exists because there are zones in the world where contract workers or military engineer's safety cannot be guaranteed at all times.
If IDF does demolition work and palestinian kids want to retaliate with weapons then having an MG would be pretty damned handy.
Only way it wouldn't make sense was for a pitched war between armed nations, but most conflict today is low intensity resistance/occupation whatever. Makes great sense then.
Man that's cruel!
