The original goal of Code 13 is to enhance the other factions in order to make the gameplay balanced and enjoyable, as well as pushing the SAGE engine to its limits, creating new models and stunning effects to further enhance Zero Hour's gameplay.

Against the AI Players normally put the CIA Agents behind the enemy Base. As soon as the car arrives, you can order the agents to leave the car. Then simply let them sit there the whole time, they can grant you a view on the whole Enemy Base.

Description

This is the CIA General Ability available for the Laser and Superweapon General.
CIA Agents are always cloaked, even when firing. They can spot cloaked enemies from far away and their Visual Range is huge. Agents are used to deliver information to the main base. When activating the Power it can be used like an GLA Ambush. Should you leave the CIA Agents in the Car then you can activate a Radar Jammer wich generates a wall of black shroud around the CIA Vehicle, making it possible for you to clear all tracks of your presence. A popular tactic among players is to place the Car behind an Enemy Base. That way they are aware of what the enemy is doing at all times.

The CIA Interference is a Level 5 General Ability.
