We call it "Random Splash Shell"
How does it work?
There is 3 Different Splash Screens as shown on this image
the splash screen changes every time we start up the mod, same thing happens to the shell map.
the splash screen represents what shell map will be shown in the game.
Example:
USA Splash: USA Shell map
GLA Splash: GLA Shell map
China Splash: China Shell map
How did you make it work? does it have something to do with the INI Files?
There is nothing to do with the INI Files because it uses .bat file that were compiled into .exe to work correctly,
for instance, NO INI, .bat/.exe only.
Can you give an example to us?
Not until the release, and also the script is very confusing that even me who original coded it drew a Diagram on how it will work and it helped to prevent myself from being dizzy.
Does it really randomizes the theme?
The splash screen is actually "not random" but its arrange by faction.

actually, we haven't started creating the shell map, because the mod is not yet done, and i only used shell map place holders.
