Description
China is suffering from tank parts crisis
due to over usage of tank parts for uberlord
and lead beam, so the chinese tank designers
decided to make a gattling cannon that doesn't
use too much parts, the design went crazy that
the barrel wont spin, instead the entire
chassis spin causing the barrel to accidentally spin

there is different kind of gattling cannon per general, this one is for china
