Causality Effect mod for Half-Life 2

Simply a great story!

yeah i totally consent with alfaalex101 :D felt a bit sorry first, but then shot alyx too great mod btw

The mod is action packed and loads of fun, if you are reading this and have not played it yet stop reading and play it.

I'm really enjoying this but I'm stuck at the Ant Lion in the sewer. I have tried jumping to the ledge to the left and can't seem to make it.

I've unloaded all my ammo at the ant lion and it just sits there snarling at me

I saw a pic on onboarderror's site that shows the view of this part from the otherside of the grating and there is a bent hole in the grating so I tried throwing a fuel drum at that area using GravGun but that had no effect, nor does grenades. I've tried getting the ant lion to chase me to that area hoping it will bash the hole but still no joy, even when jumping, running, crouching or any combination of those.

I also tried running through the flames at the right but I just burn to a crisp.

I'm stuck and I really want to move on as this mod has me on the edge of my seat.

Thank you. Believe me, that`s excessive praise from me. I have a folder full of mods for all sorts of games and this is in the top Ten. Absolutely superb in every way. I enjoyed it all the way and I didnt find it too hard but challenging as a game should be. What a great twist on HL2 and what an imagination you have! Keep up the great work and again thank you for a free good two hours or more of additional game play to HL2. How the hell do you guys do it? In this particular mod you used the same maps from half-life 2 which to me is extraordinary, to be able to make a whole new episode whilst keeping the HL2 feel, well...that`s just great.It must take so much patience which I really admire, especially since you do it for nothing but the glory of being a succesfull modder, and that you are. Triple Elephant stamps and ultra Kudos to you and keep at it. If you can do something like this I believe anything is possible. Regards. RATCAT.

this mod is really great but the loading points every 3 seconds are holding the gameplay up to mutch but overall its cool :D.

I just completed it, and the mod wasn?t... that great. Maaany things that could be better, but beacuse it?s only one person who have done this mod, it?s pretty good. It took me 1 hour and like 10 minutes to complete it on hard, and i?m a veteran to HL

The mod was hard, even if I usally thinks it?s more fun, but really, it was too hard on some places.
But the story were pretty good, I especially like the time warp, and the ending were nice, but only for those who like to play it again can see all endings.
But, more decorations would suit some places better, the enemies spawn places and etc.

I don?t mean to be negative, but I can?t be so positive like alfaalex101.

Good work, I think you can make some great mods in the future
