It must make heavy usage of HL2 resources like maps and stuff... which generally is not a good thing.
its a RAR file, which compresses the data. Its actually 83 mb

Can't find background image materials/console/startup_loading.vtf
here's how to fix that, go to the games file within the sourcemods folder, locate the file named "gameinfo.txt" and open it, then, select everything below the line "SearchPaths" and delete it, then paste the contents of this text file into the same place

Hey, i need the file, mine are the same as the @Disco_Eterno too, it says "Can't find background image materials/console/startup_loading.vtf" please, tell me how to fix it.
Doesn't work. Only extracting it into sourcemods folder doesn't work. Obviusly Steam was shutdown, but when I launched it CausalityEffect didn't appear.
