Casus Belli is a realistic multiplayer mod for Crysis Wars that is inspired from the Battlefield 2 game. It takes place the context of a third world war. You embody a soldier in many different surroundings, from the Afghan deserts to Ukrainian cities. Although Casus Belli is a First Person Shooter game, it involves some Role Playing games concept that make it unique. A new background: - More than 250 new assets (buildings, vehicles, objects, etc.) - Tens of new maps - Music composed by a professional composer and played by a true professional orchestra Half-way between Battlefield and Modern Warfare 2: - Crysis nanosuit removed - Advance and Secure game mode - Classes (assault, medic, recon, sniper etc.) - Squads (spawn on the group leader) Modern Weapons: - More than 20 new modern weapons (ak74, m4, hk416, g36c, etc.) - 8 new vehicles (Abrams, T90, Hummer, etc.) Total Immersion: - Advanced body awareness - Objects can be used to stabilize weapons
This 7 minutes video recorded by 'Iquezeuse' features some Advance and Secure gameplay in the Snowfield, Dam and No Bravery levels.
Awesome works !! I hope you more and more download
Man I wish I could play this mod, but since I switched to Win 7 64bit neither Crysis, Warhead not Crysis Wars runs for some reason! :(
Does Wars crash for you? Did you install the patch 1.5 for Crysis (Warhead/)Wars?
I have Wars and Warhead on steam and both crash! Patch 1.5 for crysis is installed but that doesnt help, aswell as running it in xp compatibility mode... I only see a black screen for a second and then it crashes! Never see any logo or so... Crysis 2 on the other hand runns fine! :/
I have both and i run windows 7 64bit... If you give me a bit more info, maybe i can narrow down the cause.
On our forum, some people had their Crysis Wars and Casus Belli crashing on 32 bits mode, whereas the 64 bits version could run properly. Apparently this is caused by a specific AMD processor.
We found a fix that you may read at: Casusbelli-mod.com
Fixed it! I had to replace the 32bit folder with files of the 64bit folder and then download the 64bit DLL from your forum! Now everything works fine (apart from some sharder errors in Casus Belli)!
Have you tryed reinstalling the games?
But it's CW that crashes, I mean it's not specific to Casus Belli, is it?
