Calradia Reimagined takes us back to a different version of the M&B land we all know so well. What if the Swadians had decided that Archers and Shock Infantry would serve them better in the forested hills of their lands? What if they had never even been called the Kingdom of Swadia? What if the Rymor Republic was formed when the Mountain Towns broke away from the Kingdom of Anglior? This mod brings in new factions, new mechanics, new graphics and an entirely new feel to the base game.

This is the Eclipse Blade, which will be a weapon found in all Aryomir castes; a sacred weapon, if you will.

Description

So imagine.
You're looking out across the sands of the Aryomir Desert, your men behind you. You have all suffered recently. You were employed as a mercenary company by the Rymor Republic to fight the Aryomir Emirates; a job that has not gone well. Within days of entering the deserts your men had run out of water, and food was running low. The Aryomir worship the moon, and know to move their armies at night, when the desert is cool and the sun does not burn your flesh. It has just turned evening and you decide to turn in for the night. You have barely been asleep an hour when you hear shouting and the clattering of steel. Your guards have spotted something in the distance; moonlight glimmering off glowing, crescent shaped weapons not a kilometre away. The sea of shining moon blades is approaching you, the darkness and moonlight serving to quicken its pace and inspire terror in your men. They reach you before all your men are armoured and horsed, and its no matter. Those men who did reach their horses find themselves quickly speared from their mounts, as Sacred Pikemen thrust their Moon Spears into both horse and rider. Your archers open fire, but the few shots they can muster are quickly absorbed by a row of crescent shielded infantrymen, who set to massacring the poor fools with Eclipse Blades and Selene Axes.
By now your camp is in full retreat, attempting to flee back to the Rymor line, but as you look ahead you see the green tents of the Republic ablaze in the distance. Camel Riders pour out from behind every dune; maces and poleaxes in hand, butchering your fleeing men.
Your last thoughts are of home, before a huge, Noble Moon Axe buries itself deep into your neck, before coming out on the other side.
Your head bounces softly in the desert sand, your blood soaking in quickly. In two days time the Aryomir will have returned to their Town, ready to sacrifice your infidel heads to the Moon that preserves them.

These may be just images, but these are our concepts.
