As you are well aware with the previous news post development of the current build of the module has recently been halted due to the loss of the source code and the fact our main coder is currently busy working on the sister Victorian era project instead. I’ve talked with Frenzied and he has agreed to more or less transfer all Imperial Age matters over to myself.

I’ve more or less decided to make one last try and put out a simple request regarding the fate of Imperial Age. The problem of course being is that we actually lack a decent dedicated team or handful of modders willing to bring the thing up to scratch. That has always been the case and we the dedicated people we have and willingly friendly members of the Warband community happy to share OSP resources or chip in we’ve made enough progress to show off the rough idea and concept of Imperial Age.

In my eyes however, this module is hardly finished. Despite the setbacks so far, I believe with some time and dedication the project CAN be brought to a decent standard or remotely finished.

Basically, all the parts are there. We got the models, textures and most of the main coding and battle systems done. It really just needs to be rebuilt from the ground up again. This in retrospect is a good thing IF any volunteers are willing to take on the challenge. Depending on the skill or willingness features like Freelancer, an updated tournie system and a few other things I have wanted since day one could be possible.

So I’ll cut to the chase really, I’m looking for the following:

A dedicated coder who knows his stuff regarding the Warband module system, graphics artist with retexturing experience and somebody who enjoys working on scenes to get in contact with my ModDB profile and we can talk about maybe giving this module another chance if possible. It would be muchly appreciated not from myself but the small dedicated collection of fans this Warband module has following.

Great Mod! I would definitely give it a full on 10 if the settlements were redesigned to more resemble the time era and Freelancer was added on. Also, it would be great if the small grammatical errors were fixed. It's the small things that really make it! Otherwise, incredible job!

i played a lot this mod but i get SCRIPT ERROR very often why?
sometimes it also crash and i get so angry
i was so happy when i first downloaded to play napoleon era but this mod seems unfinished expecially comparing it to the aigle, a mod just finished and that runs so good and is so well done
also this mod is not history but based on calradia. please update it to solve performance problems and make it with real factions of history
