Hello!

It's update time, and do we have a hell of an update for you!

Over past few weeks we've gone quiet, and I can only imagine what some of you were thinking, but do not worry! We're back, and with new ideas, plans and features currently in development.

First off, I have began working on arsenals, each faction will have one in a central location, they can be used to acquire faction specific gear, quickly recruit armies, and establish your very own customizable regiment.

Secondly, the player's very own customizable regiment. Yes, that's right, you can customize them to the fullest, and upgrade their skills at conveniently located "academies", they are relatively expensive to acquire however, and cost a fair bit to get them at their peak performance.

Thirdly, along with the customizable regiment feature, we have also added a functional player faction culture, complete with customizable faction troops which will be used by your lords and will fill your strongholds.

Fourthly, now for something not related to customizable troops, we have also been working on a constructable estate feature, where you will be able to build your very own manor, which can then be upgraded to your liking. I do not wish to go into great detail about this because a lot of it is still in the works, so expect a detailed explanation in the future.

Fifthly, a complete overhaul of faction clothing and equipment is under way. Every faction's style and equipment will be rebuilt from the ground up, and will include greater attention detail, less visual bugs and will be a vast improvement over what I have made in the past.

Lastly, we've got some overworld and interior ambient music being created for the mod as we speak, with many thanks to Mr Borton and Mr Mack, of Albion Rising.

A few last words: We're still in need of sceners! The more we have, the faster and easier development will be.

A lot of people have also been asking about alpha and beta releases, to those people: No, we're not releasing an alpha, or a beta; We're going for a full release. We won't be giving any release dates (Made that mistake before), nor will we speculate. Work is at a steady pace, but there are a lot of variables that could slow things down, even stop development altogether; So all I will say is: Be patient, it's not like the world will end next Friday.

Alongside Calradia: Blood & Steel there's been a few other things in the works, so if you're a fan of my work and would like to sink your teeth into something else whilst waiting for B&S, keep an eye out for that, you won't be able to miss it.
