Is the title supposed to be Spearmen, not seamen? Because they don't look very nautical.
I actually thought it said "Semen" at first, fortunately I was wrong.
it make sense the desert is seminal fluid "seamen" and the spear is the acrosomal enzyme to help them penetrate the ovum
