The Dutch M.95 differs from the Austrian model in about 2 ways:
1. The ammunition. The Dutch M.95 fires a 6.5x53mmR round while the Austrian M.95 fires an 8x50mmR or 8x56mmR round.
2. The bolt. The Austrian model is a straight pull bolt design; i.e. the bolt is pulled back and pushed forward to rechamber a new round. The Dutch M.95 is your typical turn bolt; i.e. turn bolt up 60-90 degrees, pull back, push forward and turn bolt down 60-90 degrees to rechamber. Straight-pull designs often give the rifle a faster rate of fire.
