So Arsenal Overhaul 3 came out a while ago, and they said they were going to make it compatible with CoC. What I'm wondering is will I be able to install the version of AO 3 I have now along with CoC, or do I have to wait for some sort of patch to make them compatible?
You'll need to wait for a patch, unless you want to do some tedious merging yourself. Regular AO3 is tailored for CoP campaign and features, so it won't just paste over.
You misunderstood. OWR3 is compatible with CoC. Not AO3.

Oh cool, I didn't know OWR was involved. Either way, I just want better ballistics, models, and sound effects for weapons. Thank you, though.
