Background :

A scientist and son of well renowned leader of Clear Sky faction , N.A.Lebedev , goes into the Zone to get anything about the whereabouts of his father , and his fate . He is a nuclear physicist , closely following in the scientific footsteps of his father - but he has not much of military experience , only what he acquired by polishing rusty AKs in Ukrainian army as a novice . As he steps into the muddy and foggy swamps , he is greeted by some of the familiar faces in the Zone , but to him , theyre strangers - he soon realizes he is in very unpleasant area where life is cheaper than ammo ... but he knows there is no turning back now ...

Additional note : The character has extensive scientific knowledge , which means he would posess somewhat bigger understanding of anomalies and artefacts in the Zone . He would understand the dangers of radiation and that would reflect on his starting inventory . The optional photo of father would have sense . His fighting skills arent good , but he would still go prepared to some extent - he is , afterall , a scientist .

Background:

A Duty soldier, who started out just like many others, as a Loner. He took steps upon the Zone, being optimistic about how the place was going to make himself wealthy and fill his life with excitement. But schorching upon the Zone for months for survival of his own skin and caring more about his own hide than the wealth upon the artifacts has roughed up the man to eventually come into determination that the world was not yet ready for the Zone. Because of that, he had taken his side for the Duty, believing that the real option for the good of the mankind was to have the Zone contained at least, destroyed at best.

Background :

A battle-hardened veteran , originating from Russia . Former member of Wagner PMC . Firstly being sent by SSU as an reinforcement and attachment to military group that was supposed to make reconnaissance mission in the Zone . At one point , he got detached from his group after emission hit . With mutants and hostiles roaming around , half-conscious and near death , he was rescued by a Duty patrol . From there on , he woke up in Rostok barracks ...

Additional note : As in lore , Ukraine and Russia were never in any conflict , so it has sense that some of Russian mercenaries or paramilitaries served as additional reinforcement to SSU . This character should be battle hardened and possibly have already higher knowledge and preparedness about combat . Starting money is 0 RU , as we want to give more hardcore way ... and possibly even the start without main weapon would be the proper start - we have a highly experienced fighter with only a knife that wokes up in Rostok barracks ... but with relatively good basic armor on him .

Heavily indebted from gambling he was brought to the Zone by Sidorovich to work for him. Other stalkers in Cordon gave him his nickname as he never seems to be willing to chat. During his first week he got caught stashing some stolen ammunition from other loners, and has since had a questionable reputation. Despite the incident, Sidorovich sees value in him.

Not too long time after his arrival he went missing during a job in Garbage. Wolf has since reported multiple sightings of him moving near bandit camps.

Yan Stalker waited. The anomalies above him blinked and sparked out of the air. There were mutants in the lab. He didn’t see them, but had expected them now for years. His warnings to ecologist Ivanov were not listenend to and now it was too late. Far too late for now, anyway.
Yan was a stalker fourteen years. When he was young he watched the pripyat and he said to dad “I want to be on the pripyat daddy.”
Dad said “No! You will BE KILL BY MUTANTS”
There was a time when he believed him. Then as he got oldered he stopped. But now in the super secret labs of the C-Consciousness he knew there were mutants.
“This is Ivanov” the radio crackered. “You must fight the mutants!”
So Yan gotted his guass rifle and blew up the wall.
“HE GOING TO KILL US” said the mutants
“I will trample at him” said the pseudogiant and he fired the rocket missiles. Yan gaussed at him and tried to blew him up. But then the ceiling fell and they were trapped and not able to kill.
“No! I must kill the mutants” he shouted
The radio said “No, Yan. You are the mutants”
And then Yan was a zombie.

Kostya "Shtik" Solovjev

Background: Stalker who hails from a village deep in the Altay, Siberia.
He was draftet into the Russian army during the period of the first chechen war, 1994.
This wasn´t exactly vuluntary, as an officer forcefully took him into service on his 18th birthday,
leaving his mother worried for the time to come.

Subsequently, young Kostya and his comrades went trough hell and were forced to fight with what they had, even if it´s with the teeth. He developed a deep hatred for the chechen militants. Word around his comrades spread about him killing at least 7 Chechen Mujahadeen using merely his bayonet heated on coals, earning him a fierceful reputation and the nickname "shtik"-bayonet. After his discharge he was a broken man, having experienced the horrors of war and being unable to maintain a steady job in post-soviet russia. An avid member of the communist party, he has since hoped for a change which has yet to come.

At some point after the 2006 emission, he heard of a place called the "zone", a place where a simple man can get what he deeply wishes for.
So he put on his Boots from his time in the army, took his bayonet which he somehow managed to keep after his discharge and went on his way, not knowing for sure what he wished from the zone. A way to provide for his entire family? Peace with himself, by dying? Entering the zone while crawling trough machinegun fire he felt not much new. Enqountering the mutants and anomalies he learned, that hell was not back in chechnya, but it was right here in the zone. Passing Agroprom he heard the announcements of duty. Convinced by them seemingly doing the right thing, he joined. When the faction wars came, he remembered the words he read in a BTR in chechnya once. "unlike life, war has no end" It was there, that he finally understood those words.

Wounded and killed numerous terrorists during the war, even using melee weapons.
Medal "For Courage" issued by the russian state

Twitch even in his teens dreamed of becoming famous. He always wanted to be in the spotlight. His close ones, however, expected him to graduate, get married, make kiddies, build a house. But he simply didn't care. All he really wanted was fame. It's not surprising he soon got absessed with the idea of creating his own blog and going to the Zone, where some really wild stuff happened according to those lucky enough to get out alive. So one day he grabbed his camera, stole his fathers firearm, and left home for good. He didn't really know what to expect, but he believed that nothing bad could possibly happen. He was wrong. In the first couple of hours he got ambushed by a few looters, who took his belongings. By some miracle, he managed to escape and reach the nearest safe place - the so called "rooky village". When asked about his lucky scamper he only grunted clearly not willing to speak about it. So after a few attempts to find out what this kind of a guy was doing in this dangerous lands and how he got here, the locas finally left him alone. Well, at least popularity and shine of soffits don't trouble Twitch anymore. All he prays for now is... just to stay alive.

Pops is an almost fairytale wanderer that hunts down those in possession of a Firefly artifact.

Information
Not much is known about this loner, but what is certain is the stories that circulate regarding him. A father--hence the alias of Pops--his young daughter is suffering from an irreversible stage four cancer and has limited time to live. Where modern medicine may have failed his little princess, the land of anomalies and precious rocks have attracted the desperate papa.

His arrival in the Zone was marked with stringent kidnappings of loners, resulting in torture that lasted for hours with the hope of locating an artifact known as the Firefly, an extremely rare creation capable of bringing even the dead back to recovered health. It is warned that if one comes across the famed Firefly that victory is not celebrated too early and an eye kept over their shoulder for him...

Biography: A legendary stalker among the community of hunters in the area, in which he was armed with a 2-barreled shotgun and had a long leather trench coat, said he was the first STALKER to claim and kill the FIRST chimera with his double barreled shotgun, and says that he cut his head and adornment on the base of duty on Rostok by a personal favor of Voronin, and was a very well reputated hunter in those times, furthermore it is said that before decorating the chimera, Voronin states that the he hired that Hunter to clean Rostok before Duty moved from his base on Agoprom, from the dangerous mutants that were in the area, and some of those mutants were, bloodsuckers, not just 2 or 4, but a LAIR of bloodsuckers,"Smasher" states that he killed every mutant living on the old Rostok with his hunting rifle, after clearing Rostok, Duty quickly moved from his base from Agoprom to Rostok, and he himself claims that he killed more than 640+ mutants in the zone, and says he almost exterminates the mutant named "cats" in the zone of exclusion, but then in 2015, several unknown and supposedly exterminated mutants have returned in the area, since then, never saw again in the area.

Not much is known about this figure . Is only known that he was in the zone since
the zone existence . And that he was looking for the wish granter . Some stalkers
saw him around Prypiat and in the Red forest , usualy going with strange artefacts and questions to the forester . His last sighting was near the Chernobyl NPP and the Great Swamps , some say that he's dead . Some say that he found the wish granter and he keeps it for himself . One man who spoke with him personaly was Cardan , from where Cardan discovered that he was an EX military engineer who lost his wife family and children , who ventured into the zone to start a new life .

Bio:As an experienced soldier in USS he said goodbye to his family and got assigned with guarding the border of Zone in January 2013. After surviving for half a year in the Zone and having been granted the rank of captain he and his squad once got a dangerous task of retaking back Laundromat in Pripyat and setting up there an improvised base. Everything went to hell the moment they got to Outskirts
and half of his team got killed. Walker being the good leader he was, told the rest of his men to flee while he holds of the Monolith troops. Ironicaly the squad later disappeared in Red forest and he managed to run away from Outskirts to Jupiter where stranded having only his rifle and hate for the man who sent his men to doom decided to desert the military and become a stalker. He abandoned his uniform wearing turncoat, adopted a nickname and crossed the whole known Zone. Now he is but a shadow lurking around in the Zone trying to find his former squadmates and hoping he would meet his wife and children once again.

Accomplishments:Accidentaly took shelter from an emission in a bloodsucker lair during wich he's flashlight battery ran out so he decided to strike a match,however because of his gas mask he could not smell the gas leaking from a pipe,luckly for him he got out with only a minor case of 3rd degree burns from wich he recovered,he always looked at the bright side of things stating that "Hey,at least I took care of the lair",he got his nickname from that incident.
