Call-In takes place a few hours after the citadel was destroyed by Gordon Freeman.
You take the role of a rebel soldier on a mission to retrieve information regarding the
super portal to aid in the building of Dr. Magnussons rocket.

This mod was made by me Ludvig Kallin and I am happy with the way it turned out.
I started this project primarily to learn mapping about 1 year ago and what really got me interested was the mod Minerva which you can find here on mod db.

I want to thank everyone who already played and have given their comments on my work! It is much appreciated and I will surely release other games or mods in the future so the feedback will not have gone to waist.

Nice play. Would have been nice to have voice acting but I know how difficult these things are to do. The fight after you get the data stick was maybe a little too difficult but that might have just been me. Nice to see a vehicle in user made level !

I rate Call In at a 9/10. Its story is fairly generic, but for such a short mod, it's a lot better than most. The mapping is usually great, save that one square/town area, that couldve used some work. (though I did hear on the podcast that it was your first source map ever). I do wish it was a little bit longer, maybe just 5-10 more minutes, but it's fairly good already.

For what it is, Call In is a great mod. Loved the combine architecture btw, it brought in a new "touch" to the style that one often sees in mods featuring Combine structures. The one really big problem I had with the mapping was that at times the props were placed very awkwardly- But other than that, great job!

Got me sucked in. All locations, rooms, corridors and vents seem to be carefully thought out. Oh, and all those eye candy vistas. Not to mention nice atmosphere after all, especially spooky, Citadel-ish one.

As for your first mod, you did pretty good job. Well done.

beautiful textures-
great level design-
nice mix of puzzle & run-n-shoot-
touches on all aspects of HL2 gameplay-
no disappointments, definitely a very fun mod.
look forward to CI2
