California Megamod 3.0 Works perfect in Windows 10 professional 64 bits (and it should in other versions) but you need to do a few things to get it working:
-Disable UAC User Account Control
-install DirectPlay (windows 10 will ask you if you want to install it when you try to run the game for the first time)
-copy or move D3DX9_40.DLL from the folder "use this if you have windows 8" to the main california megamod folder to enable it.
-RUN as ADMIN the mod launcher (california megamod 3.0.exe shortcut in desktop)
-if it doesn't work try disconecting the LAN cable (internet) and/or disable some features in windows 10 that are used by microsoft to spy all you do in your PC
