After the infestation of the zerg and subsequent obliteration at the hands of the Protoss, the Kel-Morian prospectors discovered a unique mineral on the twin colony worlds of Mar and Chau Sara. A siege on the Sara system saw it secured in the name of the Kel-Morian Combine.

Having captured the planet they were after, a task force was established to counter Dominion control while aiding those who opposed its tyranny. Discontent with the brutality of Mengsk’s tyrannical rule, the Umojan Protectorate offered assistance to the Combine.

The Terran Dominion discovered this treachery from their former ally and greatest competitor, and sent their most fearsome weapon, a Psi Emitter, to the Kel-Morian Capitol world, Moria.

The resulting Zerg invasion saw chaos engulf the world. Quarantine Zones were established, trade networks crumbled, and the stock market collapsed.

The Kel-Morian Combine had sold off its frontier planets and mining operations as a result.

General Mah Sakai learned of the Dominion’s part in the infestation of Moria and set his contingency in motion, the order “Burning Ground”.

The Second Guild War began on the premise of eye for an eye and tooth for a tooth.

The Dominion had not finished in their punishment of the Combine but did not wish to openly acknowledge their use of the Psi Emitter. Likewise, the Kel-Morian Combine was now too weak to field their own forces, but still had enough liquid assets to hire an army.

The Mining Guilds of the old war were replaced with Mercenary Guilds as this new proxy war unfolded. It was not a war of principles or freedom, it was a war that would be won by the highest bidder.

no.. it's not impossible.. I mean marine can be marine, fire bat could be fire bat, marauder can be jim raynor, medic can be medic, ghost can be ghost, specture can be alex sa... watever or duran. and then that's just barracks. since it's six units, you still have space on command card. Now for factory, vulture is vulture, siege tank is siege tank, thor is golaith, spartan is hero golaith, hellion is hero fire bat(not hots transformation thing), predator could be either sarah kerrigan or one of the other heroes if you can make it =). then is starport. wraith is wraith, medivac is possibly drop ship if you can make it vessel is science vessel, bc is bc!

I was the one who asked. What we have now are mercenaries : Same units but stronger. I'm ok with these too, at first I thought he made the mercenary units for the campaign, and that when we're playing skirmish we would play with normal terran. But now that i'm thinking, it would be hard, if not impossible.

cc (command center) should be cc, barracks should be barracks, make a reactor if you can, tech lab should be the research (you 99% should be able to make tech labs), factory should be factory ghost acadamy... you may do that if you can. missle turret is missle turret. sensor tower can not work in sc1 (but you can still do good with terran without sensor tower). Starport is starport, fusion core should be science facility. and... what else...

for zerg you said it was impossible too. remember, the task is to make it look like sc2 wol with possible abilities left out. so if it's impossible, why did seiji asuru create such a good mod?
so now, queen should replace queen, or if you can't, then make it infested sarah kerrigan. zergling is zergling, baneling, you should possibly add it to zergling's abilities if you ask the best to help you if he can. roach should replace hero hydralisk, hydralisk is hydralisk, overlord is overlord, infestor is defier or something (make plague slow down units and you get a fungal or if you can combine the queen ensnare with plague). ultralisk is ultralisk. THERE YOU GO. ZERG KINGDOM!

zerg buildings:
hatchery is hatchery, spawning pool is spawning pool, hydralisk den is hydralisk den, baneling nest is celebrate (change the upgrades and change the graphics for celebrate), spine crawler should be the sunken colony. creep tumor should be creep colony if you can. spore crawler should be spore colony, roach warren should be overmind, if you can somehow change the overmind, infestor pit should be queen nest, spire is spire, oh yea i forgot, corruptor should be the air evolution of mutalisk, brood lord should be guardian, now now now... nydus cavern should be nydus canal. ask ravenwolf on how to build it on terrain without creep. he knows. and tadaaaaaaa a zerg kingdom 2
