Our aim is to create an unofficial expansion for Red Orchestra:Ostfront 41-45 featuring battles from the North African Campaign between the Afrika Korps and the British lead VIII Army.

We believe the Red Orchestra game with its focus on realism and tank battles will offer the perfect tools to develop a historically accurate mod set in this theatre.

We are looking for Modellers, Skinners, mappers and coders ideally with experience of the Unreal Engine, but more importantly to have the same dedication to authenticity as Tripwire Interactive had when they created the original RO mod! If you have no experience with Unreal, but are willing to learn, then let this mod be your focus for that learning! The smallest of contributions will be welcomed!

Wish us luck, and see you on the battlefield!

I dont think there was that much cooperation so that it would be realistic to do that. If we add in other allied countries they would have their own maps just for that particular country. The only nations that really mixed forces when going into battle where the Commonwealth countries but even then there were limitations.

maps could feature multiple countries? like if you select Allied, you'd then be able to choose American, or British, or maybe when you choose a certain class on the Allied side, it would be either American or British. That is, if there was much inter-national co-operation going on, I'm no historical expert..

Americans are in every game because they were a major part of WWII... Great Britain would've been seriously fucked without America's aid (late as it may have been). Not to say that other Allied countries weren't important in defeating the Axis, it's just that WWII without America is like.... a book without verbs.. sure, they're everywhere, but without'em, the book doesn't make sense.
