This mutator brings the best of Max Payne to Unreal Tournament ... Bullet Time ! Here are the features from Bullet Time version 3.00: The One (remember The Matrix?) has special abilities. You can become The One by killing the player that is currently The One, or by killing anybody if nobody is The One yet. The One can control time, that means he can use Bullet Time if he has enough time left. When you go into Bullet Time, time slows down accompanied by smooth sound effects and you can pick off the enemy's one by one. You can configure how much the game slows down when you are in Bullet Time trough the menu. The One can control projectiles. You can either reverse them so they head for the players who shot them, or completely freeze them.
