Can you go into more detail? What specifically is not working? Are you sure you put the mod in the right place?
The mod folder should look like this:
\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod
--buildallupgradeall.mod
--buildallupgradeall.zip

I am so glad that this mod exists, thanks for the hard work. PS. do you think that this mod works for things like flogis mod and other mods that expand buildings? does this work for the agot mod?

Thank you for the kind words. This mod only works for vanilla because I had to specify the exact buildings to upgrade/build, when you click on the respective decisions. So different versions would have to be made to support those mods. There are currently no plans to make these different versions.

Wont work for me either. I downloaded the above zip file, pasted it in mod folder and extracted it right there. so IO have both the zip file and the folders and the mod file and still nothing. Thank you for the mod though :)

Do not extract the entire zip, you only need to move the .mod file out of the zip. So the unextracted zip does not have the .mod file in it anymore.

The mod folder should look like this:
\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod
-- buildallupgradeall.mod [file]
-- buildallupgradeall.zip [file]

Contents of UNEXTRACTED buildallupgradeall.zip
-- localisation [folder]
-- common [folder]
-- decisions [folder]
-- buildallupgradeall.jpg [file]

Didn't work at first but after I opened buildallupgradeall.mod with text editor and changed this:
archive="mod/buildallupgradeall"
to this:
archive="mod/buildallupgradeall.zip"
everything worked for me on version 2.8.1.
Thank you for the mod.

With the new version I couldn't delete buildallupgradeall.mod from the .zip using 7zip. It said that archive is read only. But I could delete it while opening archive with standard windows file explorer.
Maybe it would be easier for everyone if you would put buildallupgradeall.mod and buildallupgradeall.zip together, inside another archive. This way it would be just drag and drop to install the mod. Like this:

> buildallupgradeall.zip [main archive that you download]
-> buildallupgradeall.mod [file]
-> buildallupgradeall.zip [archive]
--> common [folder]
--> decisions [folder]
--> localisation [folder]
--> buildallupgradeall.jpg [file]

But it's just my suggestion. Thanks for updating and maintaining the mod.

Sorry about that. I have uploaded a new version that you only need to place in the mod directory and extract, like you said. Find it here -> Moddb.com
