That's how they make dental extractions in a post-apocalyptic world: An Explosive 7.62 Round to the mouth.
This is just one of the many new awesome stuff to come in v0.17
Gonna start to blend some more realistic deaths with the already existing over-the-top deaths.
Guess its time for a re-run of Ultimate Doom and Doom 2 again when 0.17 comes out.

I think in my life I've had worse dentists. I would pay to doom guy to make me a tooth extraction.
