When was the last time you had a Brutal Doom sound mod that played one-liners when taking damage and that affected GRENADE TOSSING? If the answer is, "I don't remember seeing one that does" Then you should check this out.
DISCLAIMER: This addon is not meant to be taken seriously, so if you find yourself ROFLing (by/and/or slipping on a banana peal) because of Mickey Rourke and his saltyness, that should be a good thing. If you play the addon while finishing a megaWAD, then I don't know man.

Long story short: 2 years ago, I watched Inside Gaming (the crew is now known as Funhaus) videos of them playing Rogue Warrior, and I ended up cracking up because of the one-liners. Then I went into a Facebook group, asking if anyone has made some kind of Rogue Warrior mod so I can ROFL at the salty ass one-liners coming from Mickey Rourke.
Now, I don't know why, but it just came to me that I still had a zip file, filled with WAVs of Mickey Rourke one-liners in there, and I didn't even touch it... until now.
I agree, the game's mechanics suck major ass-wipe, but the one-liners were just beyond silly to the point that I thought adding the one-liner system into Brutal Doom was a good idea. Turns out, it was rather interesting having to hear the player swear his ass off not only when pressing the "Taunt" and "One Liner" buttons, but also when the player takes damage or throws a grenade. So enjoy the persistent swearing of Mickey Rourke. When was the last time you had a Brutal Doom sound mod that affected the player's pain sounds and grenade tossing?
Also enjoy the small tiny screen effects mutator I put inside the zip file (some one else did it, but eh, I have my own laying somewhere inside the files. No ACS what-so-ever, just replaces the screen crack sprites with TNT1A0, which is a blank sprite. This means you can run the screen effects mutator with versions that date back to v12. There, I explained how the screen effects mutator works).
NOTE: Someone else can do it for Project Brutality. I'm not gonna, because there's not one person on this earth who would play Project Brutality with one-liners coming from a game "almost nobody" likes (plus, it doesn't fit the overall tone of v2.0.3. If we're talking about v3.0, then yeah, it's much more flexible and better than v2.0.3 in terms of being silly and fun, but really, it's called, I'm lazy, and whoever wants to make it, go for it. It would look really dumb in v2.0.3 IMO). Same thing for Black Edition. The tone of the mod was meant to be a bit serious, and it attempts to incorporate some horror elements (that IMO, really take the spice out of the gameplay. IE: slower reloads, stamina, some of the sounds, etc.)
NOTE 2: IB now has the one-liner system (why? Because why not?).

Every mod has its own tone/style. Just like writing. If you mix something funny with something that's meant to be serious, it looks like a joke.
PB's and Black Edition's style is much more serious than goofy (and something like this would ruin its overall style). So definitely heck no.
However, IB is meant for complete fuckery like this, but should I put it into the final release of v4.0, thats up you you guys.
Brutal Doom is actually a bit more leaning on both (and people can use this as a reference to make more ****). So in conclusion, YOU SIR can make it, if you want to.
IB is THE definition of fuckery(and I love it!), love the SPARTA! Kick feature that was put back in.
I actually made a post on the FB group wall asking if someone could possibly make a Krieg the Psycho(from Borderlands 2)one-liner voice pack. Maybe make a multitude of voicepacks to give users a choice variety?
Well congrats, the latest test version of IB has this taunt system. Just go to Client/Rendering options, and just change the Voice option, and you're good to go.

Not making one for Project Brutality or Black Edition (maybe Operation Inhuman or the WolfBR arsenal, but that's about it). They have a different style of gameplay, and it's more serious than silly, so something like this can ruin the overall gameplay.
Sorry for the nub question, but how do I get this to work? I tried moving it to the skins folder that I have the doom metal addon running from, and nothing. Help please?
Oh since this is a PK3, it doesn't work like that (unless you use Zandronum. If you are, then move brutalv20b.pk3 into your skins, and rename the addons provided so they are under that PK3 file. Because Zandronum loads these things in your skins folder in order, that's why). If it is GZDoom, you will either:
A) Use ZDL, and arrange the load order so that this file GOES AFTER brutalv20b.pk3
B) CTRL-Click on brutalv20b.pk3, the files provided from the zip, and your DoomMetalVol4.wad, and make sure to DRAG the brutalv20b.pk3 file. This ensures that Brutal Doom v20b gets loaded first in the load order, and allows the other PK3s to correctly replace the stuff in Brutal Doom.

So apparently one guy's attempting to attack me bcause he's very butthurt about how I run things here (it's not even his addon lmao). I (somewhat) have the situation handled, for now. If you see some guy's comments appear and disappear, that's just him attempting to troll and I'm very sorry because there is no other way to solve this predicament with this troll.
