A pack of special brightmaps for sprites and textures
This pack takes pieces from the special brightmaps made by TheUnbeholden (mainly for items and textures brightmaps), and the one made by Daarkon for Project Brutality.
-All monsters now have glowing eyes
-Sprites have brightmaps, as well as textures
This addon was specifically made for Brutal Doom v20b therefore it also support the new animation that were introduced in newest installment.

-Brightmaps for Items, textures and sprites now have their own individual file, so that they can be loaded separately
-Added brightmaps for explosive barrels

Yea it worked on mine one.
But the Glowing Eyes and the others textures dont appear.
I am using the version 2.2.0 of gzdoom

it will work on any version expect for skulltag
Brightmaps for monsters, items and textures need to do separately. To ensure compatibility with other mods and texture packs.
And don't see Brightmaps for barrels.

Does this replace GZDoom's brightmaps file or does it work with it?
It does not replace GZDOOM brightmaps
One recommendation I would make is try to make monster brightmaps separate from map brightmaps. This way people can use HD textures and not have miss-aligned lighting.
Monster brightmaps are already in a separate file from the Map brightmaps.
