Very interesting! I knew about the Mutant Omega, but not about the Mutant Slug.

Thank you again, Marek!
But what can you say about the Mutant Omega texture?
P.S.: this model was in the same folder as the Omega's model.

You welcome!

It does look strange and I would use textures like on the fatboy and the basic mutants since I think they are more lore friendly.

I have seen it on this forum not in the game files: Crymods.net and there is also that snake, but I forgot about it. Also, I can't really imagine where the snakes will be. For the Mutant Omega its easy (they will be in the last levels, for example), but I don't know about the snakes. And will be there the mutant called Screwed?

I am not going to change its texture.

I thought about them lurking in some sewers and other subterranean places. I am unsure about their behaviour though.

Of course it will! But later. Big's anims look stupid on this model, so it would probably need another anims and proper scripting, which is time-consuming.

Why not? I think it would be much better (if it doesn't take a lot of time of course).

The sewers are a good idea, but there are not a lot of sewers in the Far Cry 1 as much as I remember. However, they can be also in the subterranean places which will fit them well.

Take your time! I always prefer quality mods instead of buggy and broken mods which are made in a few weeks.

Because it will make them more generic, I guess. I also cannot imagine them using such textures.

Can they inhabit the Bunker? Maybe the Cooler?

Yeah, we haven't made even a quarter of our work (probably).

I don't think they would be very generic.

I think Bunker is a little early for them, but for the cooler level they are not a bad idea.

And I do think so.

What about Archive?

It's your decision in the end since you are the mod author.

Yes, it would be good if they would be in the Archive and especially for the last levels.

I don't think of Slugs as of really powerful. They would be more rare in the very end of the game, I think.

It looks cheesy and dumb, I know, but it also looks interesting at the same time.

Also note the Mutant Omega model on the background of the 4th screenshot.

animating this slug would surely be the hell and i dont see any fight possibility for it, it would be a pure victim.
