We’re not dead yet

Despite the lack of updates and info, we are still here, and working. The team is exploring different possibilities, options, and big issues we must solve. Don’t worry, we are still here.

PC Gamerz

For those of you that live in the UK, you already have read this, and if you haven’t shame on you. We have recently been featured in a 1 page article on PC Gamer in the UK. We are eternally grateful for this feature, and promise to turn out a mod worthy of the front page.

Starlite

When I said the team is still active, I also meant I was still active. Behold the beginnings of our first map, Starlite.

Operation Starlite will be the first campaign mission for Broken Arrow. Much a tutorial and introduction map, Starlite makes much emphasis on the way the mod is played. The high spots such as the mountains and hills are covered with jungle growth, and in the lower areas we have several trails leading into the mountains. The roads will be busy with activity of troop movement, and the hills will be primary spots for ambushes. You will play as the air calv in this mission. Starlite is a coordinated, three pronged assault. It was the first major US military action in Vietnam. More screens to come.

Hawk

The latest addition to the team, Hawk, is a modeller/skinner. His works are amazing and I am excited to see what he can do for Broken Arrow. Be expecting some goodies next update.

Python, the worst kind of snake

If there was one thing we needed, it would a be a python scripter. Right now our plans lie in the hands of a scripter which we do not yet have. In order to achieve goals that are not directly supported by WiC we need a python scripter, which no one on the team is capable of doing. Scripters, if you are out there, we need you.
