BrewLAN is a mod for Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance that has been in on and off development by a team of one for almost a decade. It adds a wide variety of new units for all factions, as well as offering several new game modes and features. The core design goals for the mod are simple; to add new, interesting, and visually aesthetic units which complement those already in existence and to maximise technical compatibility with other mods.

i don't suppose the static version has increased range, damage, accuracy and such because it is static?
Well, that depends on which version of the original Scathis you are comparing it to; the short range one from the SC1 and the FA campaign, or the one from FA multiplayer which has the same range as and DPS as the Mavor. I only make the distinction 'cause you mentioned increased range and it has effectively unlimited range already.
Compared to the FA multiplayer Scathis it has identical weapon stats, instead it gets the ability to receive adjacency and rebuild bonuses.
I had assumed that the power plant adjacency bonus with the Scathis Mk2 increased its rate of fire, as well as decrease its power consumption, like it does for other artillery but after testing it just now it only appears to be giving the discount. It's probably just a missing variable, if it is that will get fixed for next version.
