Liked Death Run in Counter-Strike but think that graphics are low and maps are old? Not any more! Play Death Run in 'Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare' with old well known Death Run features and more. If you haven't played Death Run before and own original CoD4 copy let's play the classical mod in which a single player fights alone against the other team, his only weapons are his deadly traps. The players in the opposite team have to kill the trapmaster after finishing his course without dying.

You place this in Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\usermaps
If you got a disc/downloaded version (without steam) on windows it will go C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\usermaps
If its mac or you got it on steam, try to find the CoD4 folder and look for the usermaps folder in there.
Once added, load up cod4, run the deathrun mod, open up console with ` (make sure console is enabled in settings) and type /g_gametype deathrun then do /devmap mp_dr_spedex(cheats enabled) for no cheats do /map mp_dr_spedex
