Brawl will consist of 9 player models 12 maps along with 20 weapons. The aim of the mod is survival. Who can fight and who cant. Imagine hold moves, pushing, throwing and if we can combo moves. The first release may not have it all and a more detail description will come very soon.
Player Ideas:
Wrestlers
Street Fighters
Martial Arts
Submissions
You will pick the fighter you want to be and attempt to win. You will have custom punches and kicks for each fighter. The main goal is for each fighter to have a grab and combo move.
Map Ideas:
Bar
Parking Lot
Drained Swimming Pool
Things we are planning:
*Third Person
*Expanding to become something truly unique/amazing/cool.
*weapons, gore, etc, large environments where you can move
around in. Being able to pick up barrels
*Animation "getting kicked through windows into
the next room or maybe peeling flesh, clothes that get
ripped/fall off"
*Customizable characters

Yeah, what happend? We were getting an update at least once a week and then out of nowhere nothing for 3 months. This was shaping up to be one of the better Source mods, too. :/

Thirdperson is easily done through a cfg and is a good work around rather then having to code it in to not be a cheat just have it load it along with all the cam_ideal yaw and pitch and wat not... Just thought I would give my 2 cents

OMG STRONGBAD!!!!! Seriously the wrestler looks alot like him.
You should be able to dive, roll, flip, grab onto ledges, ect ect for a mod like this in my opinion if its large areas. Just my thoughts.
