People have been having alot of problems getting things installed correctly as it was my mistake to make a release without looking over everything with a fine-toothed comb. BARF.exe is an essential file which will make the custom sounds be heard. Without it, you'll just hear random sounds that do not make sense.
In addition, Some map issues have been ironed out and we are in the process of making a simpler installation that will also intall the custom midis that are supposed to appear in the addon. Hopefully, we can have an option that will let you use your existing DosBox config as well. Stay tuned for the real deal!
