Bloodstone: The Journey Home is a third person role-playing total conversion of Valve’s Half Life 2 - Episode One, using the Source engine. I could so picture a plush version of this. :D
Looks almost exactly like "the horror" off of the Mastersword mod!
Suppose it's just because it's a kind of generic design for a monster, but it also looks like the flying monsters in LBA2.
Arm section of the wings needs work.
